# Roadmap

## Phase 1 (Launch)

* Pre-TGE raise of 34 ETH (30 ETH Partner + 4 ETH Founders)
* Deploy NAV dashboard + buyback contract
* Onboard first builders 

## Phase 2 (Scale)

* Expand Council: invite 64 members post-TGE, contributing 16 ETH
* Incubate and launch first projects
* Run distribution campaigns

## Phase 3 (Mature)

* SKY evolves into the coordination token for Farcaster & Base
* NAV compounds via incubations and treasury growth
* Index exposure across leading crypto apps
